Atlanta Civic Center

Republic, as lead partner of a team with The Michael’s Organization and Sophy Capital, will develop approximately 17 acres surrounding the existing Civic Center site in Midtown Atlanta. The project includes:

- Approximately 1,300 units of mixed-income housing
- A 21c Museum Hotel;-A high-performing arts-oriented charter school
- 143,000 sf of creative office space;-83,000 sf of retail with a grocery store anchor
- A 60,000 sf public plaza animated with spaces for local, minority owned small businesses to provide unique food and beverage/retail/artistic programming

Phase I program consists of approximately 150 stand-alone affordable units, a 265-unit market rate building, and 10,000 sf of retail.
