Kenwood Towne Centre is a 1.1 million-square-foot regional mall in Cincinnati, Ohio, anchored by Dillard’s, Lazarus, and Parisian. It also features 180 specialty stores.

Republic’s principals were instrumental in the redevelopment of the Kenwood Towne Centre in 1988. This project involved the conversion of a strip shopping center into one of the most successful traditional fashion malls in the county, representing a $200 million investment.
