Market Square

Market Square’s twin towers are located almost midway from the Capitol Building toward the White House, along Pennsylvania Avenue between 7th and 9th Streets. The two iconic towers frame the axis between the National Archives Building and U.S. Portals Gallery. Market Square also overlooks Navy Memorial Plaza and the access to the Metro station, which is part of the development’s landscaped, monumental setting.

The street level retail of the complex is 7th and 9th Streets, and Navy Memorial Plaza. Above that, in each of the towers are multiple floors of office space and residences with additional rooftop amenities.

The landmark project formed the initial major development that started and anchored the Penn Quarter of the City, leading up a few blocks to City-Center to the north at New York Avenue.
