Republic at Blossom Hill

Republic at Blossom Hill is a Signature Project intended to catalyze future development of the Blossom Hill/Snell Urban Village by creating vibrant local neighborhood assets. The proposed project would transform the Blossom Hill VTA Station from a large parking lot into a high quality, mixed-use, mixed-income Transit Oriented Development.

The project will compose of 239 new market-rate rental units and 89 new permanently deed restricted affordable rental units. Additionally it would have 15,000 SF of neighborhood serving retail and commercial space.
