Skyline at Tamien Station II

Skyline at Tamien Station II is the second and final phase of a condominium development located adjacent to Tamien Station. At completion, the 1.24-acre site will be improved with a high-rise building containing approximately 122 units. Republic and Swenson Builders will jointly develop and construct the finished units. Swenson Builders completed the first phase in 2009. It contains 115 residential condominiums in an 11-story tower and six adjacent townhomes.
