Brian Snyder

Brian Snyder is a senior finance professional with twenty-seven years of experience in all facets of multi-family real estate including development, construction, acquisition, dispositions, financial modeling and operations. In his current role he serves as Vice President of Accounting and Finance and is responsible for the accounting, financial modeling and investor relations for the multi-family development team.

Prior to joining Republic, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer for Kettler Management Inc. and was also in charge of the finance department for the multi-family and commercial development arm of the company.

Prior to this, Brian worked for CohnReznick as a Senior Manger servicing real estate developers, operators, and construction companies in both attest functions and planning.

Brian graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in accounting.
