Lamont Roach

As Chief Engineer and Building Manager for Republic Properties Corporation, Lamont Roach currently oversees the day-to-day operations of The Phase II Building and Portals Property Improvement Association. Portals II is approximately 600,000 square feet. The Phase II building is 100% leased to the U.S. Government and serves as headquarters for the Federal Communications Commission and is the future home of the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation.

Mr. Roach has been Chief Engineer with Republic Properties Corporation for 12 years and has 25 years of experience in the engineering field. In his time with Republic Properties, he has overseen the general operation of properties totaling over 1.5 million square feet.

Mr. Roach is a graduate of The Lincoln Technical Institute and holds a Maryland 1st Grade Engineer License and a D.C. Class 3 Steam Engineer License.
