HBAV Names Westmont 2024 Multifamily Project of the Year Winner

The Westmont by Lessard Design was recognized for its modern design, affordability, and the positive impact it has had on the local community by providing much-needed, high-quality housing options.

This ambitious redevelopment project included the demolition of the pre-existing shopping center and the subsequent construction of an impressive 6-story mixed-use building. The new building boasts 250 apartments along with below-ground parking facilities, street-level retail spaces, and an array of resident amenities such as a lounge, fitness center, conference room and much more.
